Made to feel so welcome and comfortable, especially having never done Pilates before. Great experience
All staff are extremely welcoming, helpful, caring and happy! You feel comfortable right from the beginning, even if you’ve never done Pilates before! The workouts are fantastic and can be adjusted suited to your needs. Having only 8 in the class makes it more individual and the instructors can really help out when you need and ensure you’ve got correct form.
