Friendly helpful instructor manageable workout and nice environment with well organised equipment.
The staff are friendly and fabulous the classes are wonderful the facilities are tops
I had my first Level Up class with Emily tonight, it was AMAZING! Definately a challenge but definately the step up I was looking for, can't wait for the next class!
