Lucy paid attention to my concerns and checked in during and after the class which I appreciated.
She made suggestions for variations in intensity depending on what each class member felt like they could handle.

I absolutely love Emily's classes ... they are well planned and different every time ... she also has a lovely personality and is very competent at her job ....she watches and corrects technique frequently.
This attention to detail has made me increasingly stronger and has given me the results I was looking for without getting hurt .
The classes are fun snd relaxing but challenging as well. I have only been to Lucy's classes but she is a great trainer and explains the moves well. I always feel comfortable when i go.
