• Shelby is creative and fun. She's incredibly talented and always amazing about how long my appointments take. Always patient always ready for a challenge. We collaborate on what new colors and cuts to try and she has never made me feel like i am a bother or its too much time and effort. I had stylists before her get upset with my wanting nontraditional colors and styles and spend their whole session with me complaining but from our first appointment Shelby has been equally as excited about the journey and results as I have! I have been going to her since before she was at benefits. Benefits itself is a relaxed and welcoming environment. You can tell the stylists all really love it there and are happy.
