Instructor was very helpful & everyone there was nice & kind. I haven't been to a class in awhile & restorative was a good class for me to start back at. I felt comfortable in the studio & welcomed even though I haven't been there since September.

Instructor Elizabeth just had such a peaceful voice and she went slow enough to understand. I could tell she was paying attention to the room and walking around. Her routine wasn't just rehearsed but it felt genuine. Also, she genuinely thanked us for coming and it was so sweet
