Welcoming environment and a good experience that I enjoyed trying out
Starting with outside… There's ample parking and it's right near the building. The inside is very homey and pleasant. I love the new sitting area upfront....so cozy.I love that artists and local vendors will be selling their goods there. Adds a nice little touch. Bathrooms are always clean. The overall space is always clean, nicely decorated and is a large enough space that people feel comfortable in it. Love the cubbies for our personal stuff. The fitness studio itself is roomy and well lit. I prefer mirrors as I was a dancer for 20 years and always relied on mirrors for proper form but over the years have adjusted to different studios that don't have mirrors. Instructors are fantastic. I have had four different instructors and have taken different classes and loved all of them. I have had Emily, Meghan, Alicia and a wonderful middle-aged woman who teaches yoga in the morning and I cannot think of her name right now. All instructors explained what they were doing, cued very well and taught with kindness. Emily is amazing whether she is teaching Pilates,Barre or yoga. The front end staff are also smiling and welcoming when you come in the building and always try to remember your name. I'm not particularly fond of the heated workouts but I do them anyway because I understand the benefits. Keep up the good work you are doing an excellent job💕💕

the instructors are totally aware of the variety of participants in the class and allow for all of he participants to feel welcome, and challenged in the studio. the positivity and kindness of the instructors and participants provides a lift before, during, and after class.
