Ayla's Reiki class is wonderful! I so enjoyed her, the music and the hand's on reiki adjustment!
The music compliments a great practice, with a peaceful yet energizing atmosphere and wonderful smelling lavender incense! Izzy, Megan, and Nicole are the best

Izzy is an amazing instructor. She is able to call the poses and do them with the class, she makes it flow quickly and smoothly and before you know it you’ve gotten through the class! I had a hard time last time because I ate lunch too close to class time. (Note to self eat after class not before ;)

Love the classes and atmosphere
I'm brand new to the studio, have taken 2 classes and loved them both. Love the heated yoga, staff is sweet. Wish I could be a regular, but I am only visiting RI. I'm impressed with the new young lady who recently took over...you go girl!!
