The classes are always invigorating and exciting and every teacher has been amazing. Have recommended this studio to everyone I know looking to shake up their routine!
Very welcoming to a first timer. Instructor was great! Studio is very clean.
Environment and lovely instruction through practice. I am a bit older and appreciate the guidance in low back protection and sensitive knee stretches.
One thing could help would be a fan during the "not"hot yoga lunch time. It is still hot in there from previous hot yoga class. Several of us in the class have to return to work after class
