Maddy knows the goldilocks zone for how challenging to set the class. I always find myself pushing harder than I thought I could when she leads. Grateful for her energy!
I chose a 10 because every class I’ve been to I have loved. The teachers are all amazing!! Yoga does change you and all for the better! Keep up the awesome work at Bend Studio!
I had an amazing first experience at Bend! I attended a cacao ceremony hosted by Maggie. She was relaxed, funny, professional, knowledgeable, flexible, and caring. I really have nothing bad to say about my experience and I cannot wait to return to Bend!!
Classes with Emily are awesome! Very challenging always!…… But she gives modifications, and there's a guarantee of laughs. When you leave,you not only feel better physically but mentally and emotionally you leave happier and in a better place.Always a good time-ish🤣🤣
