The class was fantastic - 10 out of 10. The sound bath during the savasana was new for me and I loved it

The people at Bend are always welcoming and the studio is pretty, comfortable and clean. Emily's Pilates class is ever a challenge for all... You can tell by the groaning. And Emily always declares cheerily at the end, "That was fun!" We mostly agree.
Isabela taught an amazing heated vigorous vinyasa. Felt so good after!! cute studio
