I love your studio and all your instructors! The temp is just right (not so hot that you want to leave - like at RI Power Yoga - but hot enough that your muscles get nice and warm) and the lavender towels are the absolute best! Also your instructors offer great flow classes that incorporate lots of variety and extra core work. You guys rock!
All the instructors are excellent. Studio has good vibe and large selection of classes and times that allows me to attend around my work schedule. Love it there!
