Have never taken a class there that's left me disappointed, greatly prefer the smaller class sizes in comparison to other yoga studious, & the staff is friendly and helpful
I love the format of the class with options for a beginner to advanced yoga practitioner. Elena also take a hands on approach and makes sure practitioners are in the correct alignment.
An experience unlike any other yoga studio I've been to. So unique and kick ass!!!
Instructor was great, really engaged class. Price also was good.
