I like that each yoga instructor have their own style and the heat.
Friendly , upbeat , welcoming zen environment and great classes with just enough of a challenge to feel like a great workout that keepS me coming back for more ......,,,,

The instructors are fabulous! I've had the please of taking classes with Annie, Jessica, and Bethann(zooming in from London) all care about their little yogis and challenge us physically and spiritually.
