Emily is amazing. She pushes you beyond what you thought you could do all while being encouraging, happy, and sweet. The facility is extremely clean and I feel safe both environmentally and in my practice.
The whole environment is fabulous. The heat warms you up for a nice, limber body to get the best experience. Emily does a fantastic job of pushing you to get the optimum workout result. Highly recommend it!
