Great experience, wonderful facility, awesome instructor. My first time in hot yoga and they were accommodating with mats, towels and guidance. Wasn't intimidated due to my inexperience, very do your best and what you feel comfortable with. Excited to go back and make it a weekly routine.

Our instructor Shawn was amazing, she really helped the beginners by explaining everything while also helping the vets. It was a really cool experience. Also the studio was clean, organized, and staff was super nice and helpful.
