When I first came in I was struggling so badly with my body image and being in a class full of people in just my sports bra & yoga shorts. But the class made me realize that doesn't even matter. No one there cared & everyone was there collectively to just be in the moment and treat their bodies with kindness and love. The instructor kept hyping us up about how strong our legs, and arms are. It really was inspiring. I told her at the end of class that it really helped me.
