The staff is super friendly. The studio is very clean. The atmosphere is inviting and calming. The teachers are knowledgeable, creative, and kind. I always leave there feeling better than when I walked in the door. The different classes offer something for everyone. I love being a part of the bend and zen community

The studio is absolutely stunning. The atmosphere is perfect for meditation and hot yoga. The instructor was knowledgeable and elegant, and the class was challenging and a high calorie burn. Just loved the experience at Bend and Zen!!!
