Bend and zen is simply the nicest yoga studio around - it's clean, everything you'd need is provided, and the instructors/staff are super friendly and the classes are great with a good variety! I especially love that the floor is cleaned after every class. I've been to studios that don't do that and it totally grosses me out to walk through someone else's pile of sweat! And the studio doesn't smell. Keep up the good work!

I travel all over, rarely go to a studio more than once. I bought the 5/$25! I have loved the energy, guidance and push given by all 3 teachers I have had the joy to practice with. I always leave with the best endorphin high. Which to me means I fed by body just what it needed. Namesta
