I travel all over, rarely go to a studio more than once. I bought the 5/$25! I have loved the energy, guidance and push given by all 3 teachers I have had the joy to practice with. I always leave with the best endorphin high. Which to me means I fed by body just what it needed. Namesta

I love everything about Bend and Zen!! Incredible teachers, the most inviting area, wonderful treats (the showers and those frozen towels!) - overall it is an unbeatable way to not only wind down but charge up
