It was my first time doing a hot yoga class and the experience was great! The other participants were very nice as well as the instructor! She took the time to come over to me during class in the most polite and encouraging manner to sweetly tell me how to fix my poses. She made an experience that could have easily been embarrassing and a little awkward as a first timer into a very comfortable and fun one! I can't wait to come back again.

I enjoyed Kevin’s class. He has a soothing but clear voice and easy to follow. I liked the flow he did and how we reversed our way back through it.
