-Impressed with class. - Having never done yoga before,and getting a little stiff at 66 years old, I appreciated the attitude of the "no judgement zone". I felt comfortable pushing myself, but after first 50 minutes, I felt guilt free if I was a little more sporadic with poses, and had to pause some. Thanks
