you have been my yoga family for going on 4 years. Every teacher and every person there shares their peace and love when I walk through the door. You help me through the struggles of everyday life and the once in a lifetime struggles too. Since coming to bend and zen I have blossomed, my soul is lighter and my mind healthier. My physical health has never been better and I feel strong and proud of my individual yoga accomplishments. I get so much support and encouragement from Bend and Zen. Thank you 🙏
