I loved bend and zen! It was very warm and inviting and the atmosphere was very calm. The women working greeted me and were very helpful as it was my first time there. The hot yoga session was excellent as the instructor was encouraging me to push myself. There was a time or two when it did feel a bit too fast. However we used the blocks a lot and I LOVED that so much. I look forward to coming back and practicing at home. Thanks! ❤️
