I am still new, but everyone I have met so far has been friendly and personable. The facility is always clean and welcoming. I love Abbey. She's friendly, engaging, and very encouraging in and out of class. She explains each pose and transition carefully, telling you what muscles you should be working and engaging. When explaining difficult poses, she offers an alternative for those who need it. I am brand new to yoga and not in shape yet, but I feel confident in Abbey's class. From what I have seen so far, she is an encouraging and capable teacher for all levels.
