I absolutely love Bend and Zen. I was an EE girl this past summer and went all of the time. It made me feel mentally and physically stronger and healthier. I loved every teacher and the environment as a whole. I only stopped coming because I moved to Lexington :( I'm so sad because I have not and will not find a hot yoga studio I love as much as bend and zen!
