The instructor was helpful and very positive even though I was not very good at hanging in there. I also like how the app makes everything very simple, and there are a lot of ways we are serviced like the essential oils towel, and the fact that the Matts are cleaned for us, which is not how it is at many places, I felt well taken care of.
