Bend and Zen has the most diverse classes and teachers in town. They offer many styles of yoga for all levels. This challenges students with opportunities to grow on and off the mat by trying new poses, yoga styles, and yoga philosophy. The yoga community at Bend and Zen is genuine, supportive, and fun which is one of the many reasons I teach at this sacred studio.
