The people were really nice and friendly. They provide towels if you don't have them with you. I enjoyed the personality of the instructor and the large space in the room. The cold towel at the end was a nice touch to end the session. The overall experience was great!

I really enjoyed the class and everyone was very friendly.

It was a good class. But if anything I wish it wasn't as packed- the male restroom gets quite crowded after class. It feels like we're on top of each other, and most of us are getting completely undressed.
