Meredith led a great class! I haven't had a full regular practice (especially a hot practice) in about two years. I was mostly practicing simpler flows and yin and home. For an all level class I felt that it was very friendly to someone coming back after a bit of a break. I'll definitely be back!

It's by far the best yoga facility...clean, nice amenities, and good instructors with plenty of variety!

Well, the class was great. I feel sore but also my hip feels better then when I went in. Also. My husband went to High School with Meredith and if I was to do yoga I feel I need to support Meredith!
