I don't lool like a "typical" yogi. I struggle with my weight and health. But at Bend and Zen I am learning to love myself and find gratitude.I have never felt like I don't belong. Other studios did make me feel uncomfortable. The Instructors are top notch. They are all different and work you in a unique way. The facility is clean and the studio is very comforting. I have found my yoga family!
