I haven't been to Ben & Zen Hot Yoga in about 2 years due to moving jobs & buying a house. I decided to come back for a class on Friday and the staff was welcoming & inclusive with different practices of flexibility. I appreciated that my novice yoga abilities felt worthy enough. This is my favorite place to practice hot yoga. Thank you!
