It was the first yoga class I have ever participated in, and to be honest I was a little apprehensive. I was genuinely blown away by the experience. The instructors were welcoming and instantly put me at ease with their calming dispositions. I am always struggling to find ways to manage my stress (both mental and physical) but left this class feeling refreshed in every sense of the word. I will absolutely be returning!
