The instructor was very knowledgeable. The studio was clean with showers. The yoga room was at the right temperature (HOT) which after my session I felt like released lots of toxin. I would recommend this studio to anyone

I love Ben and Zen! The instructors are friendly, location is great, and there is a good variety of classes. It's expensive for a monthly membership but there are lots of $10 drop ins, et that help.

I did Hollands 6pm class and it was one of the funnest classes I've ever taken and the energy was fantastic. There was just only good things. The perfect cluster of people and perfect amount of difficulty and fun!
