I am constantly recommending this studio because it's the BEST around!!! Etiquette, knowledge, the staff is always kind and thoughtful and looking to the needs of anyone who walks through the doors. It's just a beautiful place to be and I hope you get more locations soon!!!!! I'm in Brentwood and a Brentwood/CoolSprings location would be AMAZING!!!!! 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

It was my first time doing hot yoga...and one of my first doing yoga. The instructor made me very comfortable there. It was very challenging but she gave me the encouragement to finish. It was a great workout!
