I liked it a lot more than regular yoga the heat was really good helped me stretched out a little bit more in the class wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be as far as my level as I'm probably just barely a beginner

Gilbert was an amazing instructor, the space was beautiful and clean. Frozen lavender towel was a cherry on top after such a great practice !! I'll be back
