It was my first hot yoga class! I took it in a new city visiting family so I wouldn’t know anyone in the class. I know some yoga moves, so I wasn’t a complete beginner. The instructor was so helpful because he knew it was my first hot yoga class and made sure I could see him. Gave a lot of options to modify which I needed as a beginner. It was such a great experience that I signed up for hot yoga classes in my hometown! Really enjoyed the class. Will definitely go my next trip! Thank you! PS the frozen lavender towels after class were heavenly!
