Felt good afterwards, even though I was a beginner, I was able to follow well enough to at least get in to the final pose. Felt definite burn during positions and after botched attempts, I felt as if the staff was very kind about me truly being so bad.

The studio, staff, and instructor were very positive and welcoming. The instructor gave amazing cueing and instructions. Plus the lavender towels were the best.
