I love the studio! The instructors have all been skilled and kind - each one brings a different set of strengths to the classes they teach. The studio is clean and modern. I like the little touches such as the frozen lavender towels and the amenities in the bathroom. There is a good range of class times making it possible to attend with my schedule. I always feel that going to class gives me an opportunity to reconnect with myself and my practice because of the safe and serene atmosphere that is present.

Always new and different. Continuously challenges me but rarely frustrates me. Coaching is on paint to remember to not compare yourself to Roger’s in the room. Just all the things!!
