I am always greeted warmly by my name as I sign in, the entire staff is cheerful & inquires after my health with sincerity, new treatments are introduced & discussed. Sandy or Jason always seem to pop in for a second to make sure everyone is having their needs met. It is a feeling of being cared for by a "neighbor" rather than a PPO or HMO doctor on a max out of pocket push.
