• Great service, timely, pleasant stylist and desk staff, nice-smelling shampoo/conditioner, comfortable chair/sink arrangement (some at other salons are difficult for me to sit in/bend my neck). Only draw back is upstairs location which maybe a problem if I get more physically challenged
