• Excellent trainers Alexandra was very attentive and made sure we doing each exercise correctly and not injured ourselves and staff was very welcoming and informative. Love that i was also allowed to take my little one sit on the corner while i took class. Im so excited to restart on working on my body and build a healthy lifestyle again.
