• Serena prooved amazing professionally.Lovely person. Love the results & the relaxing respberry trestment. Client social chat with her & any other staff that came & went was very pleasant. AS apposed to places where the atmosphere is " SO Fancy " it feels less relaxing .....or staff only talk amongst themselves. I am sure if i didnt want to chat, that request would honored. The facility was lovely & clean. Assistance at front desk very welcoming & at checkout front friendly too. I appreciated that Serena took care of my request for assisted walk to car. I didnt see handicap, and parked a ways down. A pedicure tends to make walking a tad slippery. I have medical conditions that could have made that unsafe for me. It isnt your responsibility unless i request before service. My error. Thank you.
