Belladonna Day Spa

I had a massage here first time I went. Was pleasantly surprised with how nice the place was. The staff showed me the nice outdoor lounge area they have and told me about a newly opened bed and breakfast they have that sounds lovely.

They have a large retail area with cute things and nice clothing although too pricey for me.

The second time I came for a quick pedicure. They were able to squeeze me in immediately which was great. They were actually empty in the nail salon; literally only person in there. I'm guessing people don't come here often for nails. Maybe because it's more expensive, being a day spa-which I was prepared for going in, but I'm so glad I went! I had the best pedicure I've ever had. She really took her time and paid attention to detail. Worth every penny and honestly wasn't much more money than a super basic pedicure at a typical Asian nail salon.

The massage was good but not great. Overall I love this place. It's pretty inside and has super nice staff. Highly recommended!

Belladonna, I love you!

This is a spot for the girly girl in you! I've been here a few times recently and love every last item in the store. From the beauty products to the clothing, to the jewelry and miscellaneous gift items, everything peaks my interest. This place is just plain pretty.

I've never indulged in a spa service here, but it's on my list.

This was my first time visiting Belladonna Day Spa and they will definitely be seeing me again in the new year. There was a warm welcome from their staff and I was offered a beverage of my choice and snack as I filled out paperwork. Perfect considering I had just gotten off work :)

To kick off the holiday weekend I started with a much needed Deep Tissue Massage with Luis. It was exactly what I needed to loosen up my muscles after an intense week in the gym. As requested, he spent more time on my neck and shoulders throughout my session. I appreciated him catering to my specific needs and providing me with post massage instructions.

I couldn't stay away and came back the next day after realizing they offered Individual Eyelash Extensions. I booked an appointment with Tashawna Muhammad. I would highly recommend her as she knows what she is doing and made me feel comfortable laying there for over an hour for the application. I wanted to go for a natural look since it was my first time and she was able to achieve that.

I will be back for sure... Probably sooner than later because the retail section is so tempting!

For my relaxation needs, I retreat to Belladonna. The facilities are beautiful and well kept. The relaxation room offers a scenic view of the Tea Garden. You will enjoy soft music throughout the spa which is customized depending on where you are. I tried the Still Bath following my deep tissue massage for the first time. That was the best decision. I was able to soak in my personal bath suite surrounded by candle light with my own Alexa to set my music preference. My attendant who prepares the bath did a perfect job establishing the water temperature and left a cold water bottle for me.
I plan to return for future massages and to enjoy the hot tub and tea garden.

Can you say Namaste! Omg! It had been such a long time since I'd had a massage and seeing as though my mom was fresh from a hospital visit, a relaxing spa day was the ticket. This was her first time and she and I both enjoyed the experience together. The staff we're so accommodating to my request to make her as comfortable as possible from the couples massage, to the request of female only masseuse. The facility is amazing and you feel fancy just walking in. Posh women's locker room, tranquil waiting and massage rooms rooms and even outside gardens. What's not to love? We were treated like queens from start to finish. I plan to purchase a membership! That's how impressed I was!

I have always been going here for massages and facials but waantd to review this time because frank did a great job on my face, he used dermaplaning and for once felt a difference in my face. I have always had fuzzy hair. He was also very gentle with the extractions. Environment I is great , place is very clean and the beSt part is they keep track of any gift cardS you have by email which helps because I cann never remember if I have any money left on my gift cards

Belladonna's price is standard and on the cheap scale compared to alternative spas. Ashley at the front desk is so friendly and hospitable. I honestly felt like I was welcome to stay as long as possible. Ashley was immediately welcoming when I first walked in, asked me several times if I wanted a drink and then another one. While I was waiting for my party to finish up, she said I could stay as long as I wanted, and offered me another drink while I waited. Zeya who gave me my facial was very informative and gave a great neck/arm massage. They had a dry sauna and said we could stay longer to hang out and enjoy other parts of the spa. I loved being here - everything was high quality and made me feel welcome

I have three unused Belladonna Day Spa gift cards with no expiration day. But unfortunately the business changed hands and the new owner is not honoring cards issued by the previous business!
Learned it hard way, when trying to use one of the cards. No advanced notice given in any form or fashion. I will not use their services in the future!

I've been a client of Belladonna's for a few years now. I usually get massages - Ashley is amazing! I recently got an Organic Facial with Alana, and it was fantastic, as well. She was super knowledgeable and my skin felt great afterwards.

They finished their renovations recently and the retail space and reception area for the spa looks so nice. The retail space is so bright and I love the library ladders. They carry a few of my favorite brands: Dermatologica, Morocanoil, etc. The reception area is well decorated and they have a locker room with steam showers and men and women's lounges (saunas!).

They've added a couple of other new services (such as the makeup bar) that I can't wait to try! Definitely will be a repeat customer.

This spa experience was BAD. The masseur was nice though the ambience & conditions SUCKED! Constant construction noise from: cutting/sawing wood, nail guns, dumping waste in dumpster and more. A calming down relaxed venture here at Belladonna was a complete disaster. Massage creams/oils were cold so each application was a shock, no tranquil music in the back ground, no lavender smells and more let downs continued. I'm from out of state and the experience here at Belladonna, for vacationers is not to bother to go here. My friends that live here in NOLA & owns Air B&Bs will definitely not recommend their clients consider this horrible Belladonna spa experience.

I hope the manager heard our constructive feedback because spa amenities are key to top off a great experience while on vacation.
