• The skills of the nail tech were outstanding. I didn't appreciate that she made me feel that it was an annoyance for her that I didn't like the color I picked. Hence, she had only started and asked me if I liked it or not. Also, slowing down a bit through the process because it feels like they are trying to rush me out the door. The pedicures, the manicures, etc aren't just for having pretty nails with color, we go to those kinds of services as a "getaway" to relax, slow down, enjoy the moment.
