• Always great service. It’s not a 10 because the front receptionist was not friendly, and usually they are. If anything, she was extremely blunt and aggressive in her tone of voice. Also, the cancellation policy is new, and emergencies happen in life. I’m not sure that’s a sustainable business model given how unpredictable life has proven to be especially in the pandemic.
