• Was in town on a girls trip. This was a last minute decision to do a spa day for my friends birthday. Amy was so nice and accommodating. The massages were so needed after hiking and very much enjoyed. The facials were amazing also. Very much recommend this place.

• MaryJo is an excellent massage therapist. She even throws in some meditation and zen wisdom if you want it. I have slept better following my appointment by using the breathing exercise she taught me.

• Mary Jo's integrative massage was just what I was looking for. Part deep tissue to work on a sore shoulder and part relaxation with reflexology and releasing of trigger points. I left feeling peaceful with an inner calm. The session had that special "healing quality" from a trained therapist in both body and energy work.
