  • I booked a reservation and needed to change it, when I called they didn't have my reservation. I rescheduled. When I originally booked my reservation I requested Michael, when I showed up I got Rick. When I arrived they said they needed to update my records because it seemed they had a wrong phone number. I used a gift card that my sons bought for me and they said they couldn't find the number. She did let me use it but there was some confusion with that too. Rick gave me the best massage I've ever had and the front desk staff was very friendly. It just seemed to be a lot of confusion.
