• Right when you walk in, you experience a beautiful and calming spot. The customer service is excellent from welcoming to leaving. The massage was amazing. Noreen is fantastic. Each room is decorated beautifully. Checking out is an easy process. The "lobby" is more like a gathering spot. The person welcomes you, is friendly and engaging. That day I spoke with other customers. Spending time in the lobby/front desk/ gathering place is part of the wonderful experience.
