• I got to my appointment about 10 minutes early but the shop was closed and the sign on the door said it didn't open for another hour. I was confused and hung out for awhile then went back to my car to wait. About 5 minutes after my appointment I went back and it was opened, I walked in and felt like I was awkwardly greeted and not a lot of conversation was offered to make hints more comfortable. After the facial began I felt more comfortable and it ended up being great but it just felt a bit uncomfortable to start
