• If you're looking for a place to get your hair done, STOP. You've found it. Bella Salon is a gift from the gods to the people of Austin. To say that thewonderful team at Bella Salon are miracle workers, is an understatement. First, let me just mention their TOP NOTCH customer service. I called in with theclassic "hair emergency", to repair the atrocious work of another salon and was desperately looking for a place to fit me in last minute. Simon was my firstinteraction and he went above and beyond to see how they could make something work, despite a short deadline. They only continued to amaze me after that---first, by finding me a senior stylist who was willing to take on the challenge. I came in for a consultation to asses the damage done and Keith assured me thathe would be able to get me what I wanted, no problem. It's apparent that Keith and everyone there takes their craft very seriously and they are creatinghair turned out to be more than what I wanted, and absolutely "Pinterest" worthy. From beginning to end, it was not just an interaction but an entire EXPERIENCEnothing short of art. Keith took his time on working on my hair, with an intricacy and concentration that only reassured me that I was in the right hands. Mythat Bella salon created for me, beyond what I ever expected of ANY salon. Go with this dream team. You won't regret it.
